The prestigious Forbes Online magazine has deemed video "vital" for any content marketing objectives. On a recent article they highlight that 90% of marketing respondents will prefer video content over other online marketing tools such as surveys, webinars, free trials and even price quotes. Video is only advantaged by the "learn more/contact us" tools when people visit a web site. Their conclusion: all business "should" factor video into their content marketing strategy.

It's not an ad: it's a short movie!
Why are ads becoming more and more important? We can say that an ad is a short film made to promote an idea, product or service. The emphasis on that sentence should be in the word film, a movie that, in a few seconds, takes us from a start to a climax and then to an epilogue. This leaves us with emotions that we take with us, in the same way as if we were coming out of a cinema, but in the comfort of our home. That is the beauty of a well prepared ad.
